Leadership and promotion of the Financial Management & Controlling and Corporate Assurance teams with seven direct reports and around 30 employees The area of responsibility includes group reporting and coordination of the entire corporate planning, accounting of the German corporations, corporate finance, corporate taxes, as well as risk management, internal audit and internal control system Responsible consideration of the planning and forecasts of all Otto Krahn Group's business units in direct exchange with the management of the business units as well as proactive demand and follow-up of countermeasures for target deviations Consistent further development and standardisation of instruments and processes in the financial sector to improve the economic transparency of internal performance and value flows, with intensive cooperation with the IT sector Expansion and further development of the Assurance area including the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, support of the Whistleblower system as well as development and further development of the internal audit system and the risk-oriented audit planning

Excellent Higher Education in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, Ideally Additional Qualification MBA At least 8-10 years of professional experience in controlling and/or finance, ideally in a leadership position, in industrial corporate structures with international locations and with targeted responsibilities in staff, line and abroad Operating experience abroad or in independent business units of an industrial group would be advantageous Deep knowledge of corporate governance Control of external accounting according to HGB and the company-related aspects of tax law Outstanding leadership skills, enthusiasm and motivation of the highly qualified team through leadership as a model Experience in handling SAP and MS-Office German and English skills, other foreign languages of advantage
