Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

for our Private Banking department corporate customers and mandate business. We are looking for people!

Strategic participation in the holistic support of corporate clients with a focus on private financial topics (without credit business) Preparation and preparation of analysis and presentation documents for risk products (vocational inability, life and accident insurance) Creation of basic scenarios for private pension provision and support for generation and genetic planning concepts Collection of market information and development of optimization proposals for asset optimization under the guidance of the senior consultant Own development of simple financial plan drafts (cash flow analysis, savings plans) for smaller mandates and proactive care of existing customer relationships (follow-up calls, email updates) Close coordination with corporate customer supporters, the private banking team and specialist departments (provision, real estate, etc.) as well as support for customer presentations on domestic and foreign investment products Assistant to the new customer acquisition by creating initial presentations and accompaniment of acquisition appointments, including co-organization of customer events and accompaniment during the event. Your profile You bring with... a completed training to the bank clerk, a completed business training (e.g. Bachelor or Business Administration), first practical experience in customer support – ideally in the private banking environment or in the care of wealthy corporate customers, with the focus on private financial topics, pronounced communication and service competence: proactive contact care, convincing presentations and the ability to activate and intensify customer relationships, and a team-oriented way of working and enjoying close cooperation with corporate customers, the private banking team and other specialist departments.
