Property Manager (m/w/d)

Responsible care: You are responsible for the comprehensive management and care of commercial and residential properties and ensure that all interests of the owners and tenants are optimally taken into account. Rental Contract Management: You monitor the lease rights and obligations, take care of their adjustments and implement them professionally to ensure a smooth rental Control of external service providers: You control and monitor external service providers to ensure optimal management of the maintained properties and to ensure the quality of services Rent increases and dungeons: You carry out rental increases and take care of the dungeon to ensure the profitability of the real estate Accounting and Reporting: You first set monthly and annual accounts, reporting, as well as additional cost accounting. You are also responsible for creating budget and economic plans to achieve the financial goals

You have a completed training to the real estate businessman or another commercial qualification with real estate You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in property management You are strong in communication and negotiation and always meet the right sound in conversation with teammates, superiors and external project participants You also go to work-intensive phases, your projects independently and structured and convince by flexibility, team spirit and responsibility Ideally, you bring knowledge to DATEV and iX-Haus - we like to learn here too!
