As Senior Director Medical Affairs Oncology, you take over one of the most visible medical leadership roles at Pfizer Deutschland. Here: develop and implement the National Medical Affairs Strategy for Oncology responsible for the creation and implementation of integrated medical plans and scientific evidence strategies control the medical preparation and accompaniment of important product introductions in the areas of lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal and urogenital tumors as well as hemato oncology promote the generation of relevant evidence and work closely with global and local research and development functions build trusted relationships with leading medical experts, specialist companies, patient organisations and other stakeholders in healthcare represent Pfizer as a scientific leader to the outside lead and develop a highly qualified team of Medical Affairs experts promote innovative, data- and evidence-based working methods and actively promote the further development of the organization work closely with Commercial, Market Access, Global Medical, Clinical Development and other functions to achieve optimal patient results

Your profile You are an experienced medical leader with a pronounced scientific credibility and a passion for innovation in oncology. In addition, bring: completed studies of human medicine (MD/Approbation) Multiannual leadership responsibility in the Medical Affairs environment of a pharmaceutical company extensive experience in oncology or hemato oncology proven successes in the development and implementation of medical strategies Experience in evidence generation, lifecycle management and launch excellence strong skills in leadership and development of teams excellent communication and stakeholder management skills strategic thinking combined with a high level of implementation knowledge of German and English
