Emschergenossenschaft and Lippeverband are jointly the largest wastewater provider and operator of wastewater treatment plants in Germany and reliable partners of our municipal and industrial members. As a public-law employer with around 1,900 employees, we implement wastewater treatment, ensure flood protection and manage the ground and rainwater at Emscher and Lippe.

Processing of all property matters and legal regulations Establishment and settlement in contracting, in particular property contracts Supporting the Basic Book and Cataster Affairs Ensuring all payment obligations Processing of general land register and legal matters in property Participation in property management Support for external services through administrative activities

Notarfachwirtin, Notarfacharbeiterr with relevant professional experience or state-tested survey engineer*in or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of legislation relating to property matters (BGB, Basic Code, GNotKG) Good IT skills and practical experience in SAP and GIS Teamability and a structured and independent way of working
