Product Onboarding Specialist - Marketplace (m/w/d) In the summer of 2022 we started our home24 marketplace for third-party suppliers. Since then we have been able to offer an even larger range and more product variety so that our customers can find everything for their own happy home. Within just one year, we managed to grow into one of the largest home & living marketplaces within the DACH region, which already generated more than €100 million in revenue in 2023. Are you ready to continue shaping the future of our marketplace? We are looking for motivated people with hands-on mentality who want to move something in the Home & Living industry.

You are a consultant to the seller and you are the first respondent on operational topics related to the product plant and supply creation

You check the seller's product catalog based on our quality standards and share feedback and suggestions for improvement

You work in tandem with a:m Account Manager:in and jointly prioritize your product releases based on range relevance, seasonality and sales key figures

You develop and maintain training for our sellers and take the responsibility to ensure that the product plant is efficient and marketplace articles are displayed correctly and consistently

You identify potentials and initiate projects within the Marketplace team and with various departments to optimize processes

You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or professional training, ideally with the focus on e-commerce

You have first experience in customer service or a similar function (e.g. product data or quality management) and ideally also in e-commerce or Marketplace environment

You are motivated, ambitious and have excellent communication skills

You work solution-oriented, have an eye for the detail and it's fun to help others

You have a hand-on mentality and solve tasks quickly and pragmatically

For this position, fluent German and English skills are required. French or Dutch are also advantageous.
