You are trained in retail or food craft (e.g. in the field of food production or as cook or cook) or have the certificate of expertise in accordance with the food hygiene regulation. Meat and sausage products are available and you bring sales experience to the operating counter. Experiences as department management are given and you understand it business to think and act. You communicate transparently, lead with empathy and make independent decisions.
