WO YOU WITH ANPACK KANNST

• You develop workflows and workflows for optimal practice operation together with our customers.
• In addition, you conduct trainings remotely or locally and explain how tomedo works to our customers from A to Z.
• During your office days, you also take the telephone and written answer to customer and interested parties questions regarding the use of our software.
• With corresponding experience and suitability, consulting dates of practical workflow analyses and optimizations are also possible.
• Our programmers can count on you, because your recorded and pre-analyzed bug reports or derived development requests are so convincing that they immediately know where the ones and zeros belong.
• In order to get started in this position, you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia, because we are looking for active support throughout Germany. Our colleagues usually work together from home from the Home Office or one of our offices or on site with customers and customers, which requires a certain readiness to travel on your site.
• There is nothing in the way of a part-time job, but it would be ideal if you spend at least 30h of your time with us every week.

WHAT DO MUST HAVE

• You bring a positive human image, work well in the team and always communicate valuable and solution-oriented.
• You have an outstanding understanding, learning ability and skills in technical and analytical thinking.
• You have already gained first experience in the support or otherwise looked after customers.
• You work perfectly self-organized, independent and keep every appointment.
• Your professional and friendly appearance in communication with our customers and interested parties is yours.
• If you already know Apple devices from your personal environment, that would be great. It's not bad if you haven't had any touch points yet.
• First experience in the technical medical practice field or Medical technology would be a big plus.
• In order to be able to grasp this correctly, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
