Construction and operation of a contract-related technical modification system for assigned projects and ensuring compliance with the specifications of the Technical Change Process

Planning, preparation, management and logging of meetings of project-related decision-making bodies

Management and Management of Workflows for Change Objects (Problem Report, Change Request and Change Notice) in the PDM System

Participation in defining the project-related classification for the design, numbering and labelling of the product structure

Capture, fix and, if necessary, Delivery of order-related construction stands and As-Designed Baselines

Participation in the creation of the order-specific configuration management plan (KMP)

Implementation of the necessary coordination with internal and external interfaces and functions in the project

Completion and, where appropriate, Participation in external configuration committees and change conferences

Creating project-specific status reports related to technical change at the drawing set

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable

Multiannual professional experience in configuration management or technical change

Good experience in product structure, technical drawings and documentation

Good knowledge in business processes, standards, methods and tools as well as in the application of CM2 processes for configuration management

Good MS Office and PLM knowledge (Siemens Teamcenter or other)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Ability to describe complex situations in a comprehensible, precise and complete manner

Ready for business trips
