Ecclesia Reinsurance-Broker GmbH develops and accompanies projects in the field of alternative risk financing. These include captive structures in various designs, multi-year and multi-line solutions, as well as back and retro solutions for industrial customers, insurance companies and captives. For the further expansion of our Advanced Solutions area, we are looking for a personality that works structured, expertly informed and accompanies our customers in the long term in designing their risk financing needs.

You become part of a specialized team in the area of Alternative Risk Financing and take over a diverse range of tasks with analysis, conception and implementation. It offers direct access to international markets and insights into diverse and complex customer projects. Advice and concept development on alternative risk financing solutions such as captives, multi-year/multiline programs as well as back and retro solutions Analysis, structuring and presentation of concepts to support management and financing decisions Close cooperation with the internal analytics and actuariate team to carry out risk, capital and scenario analyses Control and implementation and technical coordination of the internal specialists involved in the analysis and design phase Complete support of customer projects from demand analysis, design and implementation, as well as care and development of customer relationships Control and coordination of analysis, structuring and implementation phases incl. Coordination with reinsurers and captive service providers as well as classification of market and industry trends

Complete studies in the field of business, finance, insurance or comparable qualifications Professional experience in captives, reinsurance, risk financing or corporate/insurance Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner Careful, solution-oriented operation and interest in analytical and conceptual issues Good communication and presentation skills in German and English Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
