Implementation of large and single repairs as part of object renovations Holistic modernisation of apartments and building complexes Maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. renewal of switch programs, lighting and repair/exchange of blade and speech systems) Cause analysis and elimination of complex power failures Examinations according to VDE (e.g. first and repetition tests, E-Check for housing removal) Complete installation of apartments (e.g. trassing, line laying and assembly work during major modernization)

Completed vocational training as an electronic for energy and building technology Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable Flexibility, commitment and independent work Customer-friendly and competent appearance driving licence class B Good knowledge of German in word and writing
