M365 & Workplace Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Control of the service provider in the M365 / Workplace environment and responsibility for the operation of the M365 client of the bank Definition, monitoring and further development of relevant KPIs and ensuring the agreed service quality Design and continuous optimization of the interfaces between LBBW, internal stakeholders and external service providers performing key tasks in outsourcing management, in particular in the management, monitoring and control of outsourced IT services and operational functions in IT operations Designing and optimizing the operating model for a modern workplace, including service-oriented development of the M365 and client services Coordination of Incidents, Problems, Changes and Releases in the M365 / Workplace environment and ensuring smooth communication between IT, service providers and internal customers: Central contact for the operation of the new client and the LBBW M365 services Close cooperation in the cloud team and active participation in raising the IT of the Landesbank to the next level

Multiannual experience in controlling the IT operation of a globally active company and in coordinating and controlling external service providers, ideally in the financial services environment Understanding modern cloud technologies and their operating models, especially in the Microsoft 365 environment with teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune and other M365 services Ideally experience with Microsoft Azure as well as a technical background in IT operation, for example as Administrator:in, System Engineer or in a comparable role Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Ability to translate technical requirements into clear service, operating and control models and to represent them convincingly to service providers and internal stakeholders Embossed self-initiative, independent and self-responsive working and a high degree of customer and service orientation Motivation to actively develop digital collaboration, Tech Stack and Workplace Operations within LBBW Communication strength, enforcement ability and ability to give orientation even in challenging situations and to inspire others for change Willingness to build missing knowledge within reasonable time - supported by the necessary resources and the team
