Perception of object responsibility Customer and user contact care as well as first contact function on site Control of technical services assignment, control and handling of external services and their quality assurance. Planning of the control services for its objects in accordance with the customer contracts and legal regulations for compliance with the operator obligations Ensure trouble-free operation of the objects Ensure the obligation to secure transport for the associated land and buildings under the contractual arrangements Examination and control of inspections, maintenance and testing carried out and, where appropriate, in order to eliminate defects Perform object visits and determine, display and set value conservation measures Conduct small construction and construction maintenance measures

Completed vocational training in the industrial and technical field (technical fields of electrical engineering, HKLS, utilisation technology) ideally with further training to/from master or technician a comparable qualification, such as specialist facility management Multiannual professional experience in the handling of FM contracts (technical FM, infrastructural FM services) Embossed service and customer orientation Safe appearance and knowledge of German Communication skills and organisational talent Knowledge of business management good Excel knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge desirable Class B driving licence
