As Head of Process Solutions & Service, you are responsible for ensuring and developing the global service business of our company. The global service business includes the following areas of responsibility: sales of Process Solutions in the form of components, upgrades and software solutions. Furthermore, the service of our customers in plant operation, such as spare parts business, operating services, training as well as the creation and adaptation of our plant documentation in the aspects of Industry 4.0.

Design and control of the worldwide service business including strategy, sales and operations Responsibility for the holistic after sales and service strategy as well as business planning worldwide Strategic development and implementation of the service portfolio Successful control of the operating service area Ensuring cross-departmental cooperation with all functional and support areas and the global business units Further development and implementation of continuous business processes, including key figures analysis and evaluation Leadership, development and promotion of your team according to the needs of the company

Successfully completed technical university studies or studies in economic engineering a comparable qualification At least 8 - 10 years of leadership as head of a service area, ideally a medium-sized industrial company Comprehensive experience in leading large and complex teams in a matrix organization Excellent expertise in classic and digital service Extensive knowledge of the challenges of service business in machine and (special) plant engineering Business and sales knowledge, as well as excellent understanding of business relationships Strong analytical skills as well as excellent planning and organization skills Very good English skills in word and writing
