They are responsible for the disposition of shipments and collections in the area of the Erfurt branch. They take into account the legal requirements, economic utilisation and customer and network requirements. In doing so, you will inform and react independently in case of deviations in order to maintain our quality objectives during delivery and collection. They take orders from our customers and coordinate their implementation using our holding position tool. You observe the legal and ADR requirements for hazardous goods transport. They are direct contact for our customers as well as for the driving staff and are in close contact with your colleagues.

They have completed training in the logistical or public domain or a comparable qualification.

They bring well-founded market and transport entrepreneurial knowledge, geographic knowledge and knowledge about driving and rest periods.

They ideally already have professional experience in the field of disposition of a forwarding.

They bring the willingness to shiftwork.

Their high degree of self-responsibility, enforcement and communication skills complete your profile.
