Your tasks:

• Design and development of plastic components for eBike drive systems with focus on design and functionality
• Ensuring an appealing external appearance as well as high resistance and production capability
• Support of the components throughout the development process - from the first concept phase to series production
• Tolerance analysis, technical design of components, technical drawings and coordination with suppliers
• Coordination and commissioning of prototypes and tests, evaluation of results and implementation of optimization measures
• Compliance with project targets in terms of schedule, quality and cost
• Active cooperation in an interdisciplinary project team

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies (master, diploma or doctoral degree) in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable technical course with a focus on
• Knowledge of product development or construction
• Experience in the design and development of visible plastic components with focus on high-quality free-form surfaces (Class A)
• Practice in dealing with external suppliers and their coordination
• Deep know-how in the construction of plastic parts as well as thorough understanding of injection moulding technology
• Very good user knowledge in ProE/Creo as well as safe handling of popular MS Office programs
• Team-capable, communicative personality with an open style
• Creative, self-organized and structured working with a high degree of self-initiative
• ready for occasional missions (about 1-2 times a year)
• Very good language skills in German and English, both oral and written
