Number: MER0003PUF You really want to move something with your internship? Then the internship as a Data Analyst in the HR area is just the right thing for you. In this role, you are part of the team that is responsible for personnel planning and thus forms the central interface between production and administration. This is not about setting or leaving employees, but about the development and evaluation of forecasts that optimize the production process. During your internship, you will work on these forecasts and thus contribute directly to improving the production process. In addition, you have the opportunity to take over your own project, which you will be autonomous and present at the end. You can not only gain valuable experiences, but also actively influence the processes. Your tasks include: Future-oriented optimization and digitization of existing processes and solutions

Processing and analysis of large amounts of data, using different technologies

Participation in HR

Creation of reports to support control and planning in production

Creation of evaluations using Microsoft Excel incl. Pivot and macros

Development projects in Microsoft SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps and KNIME

The internship can start from September 2025.

Course in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform and Python desirable

Willingness and joy to work quickly into new problems

Team skills, organizational skills, effective working

Communication and cooperation capability, creativity
