Head of Strategic Construction and Facility Management CEWE Group (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Project management & contractor representation: holistic accompaniment and project management of construction projects in the new building and inventory over all project phases in the industrial environment (management, production, warehouse). You are responsible for cost management, economic management and coordination of planning, execution and acceptance International site support: advice and support for international facilities in new building projects, renovations and rebuildings in close coordination with international teams and local contact persons:in individual workshops of the CEWE Group

International travel activities: The main activity is linked locally to Oldenburg, with occasional trips within Europe within the framework of industrial construction projects of the other CEWE Group workshops

Planning and coordination of implementation: Examination, evaluation and approval of execution planning and control and coordination of all specialist planners taking into account technical, functional and economic requirements

Stakeholder Management: Coordination of cooperation with regional external partners such as specialist planners, authorities, trade unions and internal stakeholders in the management and production environment in ongoing business operations

Your profile: Qualification: Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification with multiannual professional experience

Experience Construction Management & Project Management: Proven professional experience in the control of complex construction projects in the new building and existing building as well as in the perception of the building role in the industrial or production environment

Planning and implementation expertise: technical and technical classification of planning and execution concepts of the construction projects with subsequent release

International Cooperation & Language: Prosecutive English Knowledge (C1 level) in Word and Writing as well as the desire for international cooperation

Stakeholder & Interface Management: Impressed communication and coordination capability in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as ability to bring together different interests in a targeted manner

Working methods & attitude: strategic thinking, high self-initiative, decision-making strength as well as solution- and responsible action; We anticipate advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
