Employee Regional Team Operational Safety (m/f/d)

Operational safety: You ensure and maintain the operational reliability of our METRO markets. You work closely with the workshops on site and other technical interfaces. Planning & control: You plan regular market visits independently and carry out operational safety-related maintenance and control measures. These include, in particular, the testing of sprinkler systems, emergency power diesels, safety lighting and fire alarm systems, including a complete documentation. Technology: The operation, inspection and monitoring of safety-relevant industrial plants is your responsibility. This ensures the safe operation of our technical facilities. Coordination: You coordinate external service providers and foreign companies, monitor the proper performance and accompany expert reviews, for example by TÜV or VdS. Maintenance: You independently process maintenance measures, collect offers, compare and negotiate them, coordinate the execution with all parties involved and take the technical acceptance of the services including auditing. Cooperation: As a technical interface between the market and the central office, you support technical issues and ensure a smooth flow of information. Energy management: You actively participate in the implementation and further development of energy management measures and thus support sustainable and economic market operation.

Education: You have successfully completed a training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification. Expertise & experience: You have practical experience in technical building operations, maintenance or cooperation in technical projects. Commercial knowledge is advantageous. Expertise: You bring knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards, especially in the field of VDE, DIN and operational safety regulations. IT: You have good knowledge of MS Office applications. SAP basic knowledge is desirable. Personality: You work independently, proactively, structured and solution-oriented. A high level of sense of responsibility, team skills and communication skills are yours. Mobility: You have a class B driver's license (former class 3) and willingness to regional mobility.
