HVAC technician (m/f/d)

Then we offer you an exciting position in the indoor service, where you take on the central role between the construction site and department management. As SHK-Techniker (m/w/d), you coordinate projects in the field of sanitary, heating, climate and building technology and ensure that information, material, dates and processes are optimally combined. You are therefore a decisive factor in the successful development of the construction projects.

Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of SHK projects in close coordination with department management Central interface between office and supermonitors at the construction site Coordination of dates, material use and project sequences to ensure smooth progress Support of construction sites for technical queries and documentation and order processing Ensuring clear communication and coordination of all project participants

Complete training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning, ideally with further training to the technician or master Multiannual practical experience in the SHK craft, ideally with construction site or project reference Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Communication strength and joy in coordinating people and projects Safe handling of MS Office and technical documentation
