Sous Chef (m/f/d)

As a chef, you support the chef at the operating and organizational management of the kitchen.

You take responsibility for a smooth run in the daily business and ensure consistently high quality on all items.

You lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team as well as our trainees with passion and role model function.

Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards (HACCP) is always in view.

You actively contribute to the development of menus and concepts and work economically and cost-consciously.

Thanks to flat hierarchies, you trade independently and bring your ideas and personality in a targeted manner.

Complete training as a cook/cooker and well-founded experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry.

Passion for high-quality products, creative cuisine and excellent presentation.
