Your new job

• You control exciting new building, rebuilding and maintenance projects and ensure that everything is done on time, in accordance with the budget and in accordance with the contract.
• You'll set up cost plans and forecasts and take over contract and return management.
• As a communications talent, you keep all participants up to date and make them a structured documentation.
• During holiday periods, you represent the team in the Facility Management area.
• You define project and process miles and work on their implementation.
• You analyze critical processes and develop optimization options.
• With CAD programs, you create drawings and integrierst BIM data into the IT systems.
• You're planning and developing space, area and operating data.
• The independent processing of correspondence and the maintenance of master data are also part of your tasks.

That's what you bring

• A completed study in the field of facility management, technical building management, energy and building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with master or technician degree.
• Knowledge of technical, infrastructural and commercial processes.
• Experience with CAD and CAFM software as well as safe handling of the Microsoft Office package.
• You are an organizational talent, think process-oriented and work independently, motivated and happy in the team.
