Your tasks in the institution:

• They take care of the individual basic and treatment care of the inhabitants with heart and mind
• Each resident has individual needs, they recognize and align the activating daily design
• They document the care process around the resident (medicine assignment, care protocols etc.)
• With the team on site, you give a significant part in ensuring the quality of care
• You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time
• You guide the team of your living area in all matters, including service and holiday planning
• You represent your colleagues in the other residential areas
• They moderate regular team meetings

What you should bring:

• You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional
• You have a training as a manager in care or have the willingness to complete it
• You are welcome with and without professional and leadership experience
• You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues
• They work independently, solution-oriented and like to laugh – we do too!
• You have the willingness to work in all layers, if not we find a solution
