Creation of offers relating to spare parts requests, assembly repair and training activities Examination and adaptation of offers and orders Voting with purchasing and disposition to secure on-time deliveries Preparation of export authorisations, customs processing and shipping Processing of offers from existing contracts and implementing new contracts Support for international project management (SCI) Development of evaluations and support for team and department management in terms of sales opportunities Installation and processing of orders in SAP

Successfully completed business studies (e.g. BWL / Economics), training in the commercial sector or comparable Multiannual professional experience in (international) sales or in the back office Good MS-Office knowledge and routined handling of the relevant SAP modules Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good communication skills and a high team capability
