Administration of our IT infrastructure in the Microsoft environment, including servers, clients, permissions, Microsoft 365 and standard software 1st and 2nd level support for our employees, incl. documentation in the ticket system Full implementation of IT projects such as rollouts, new tools, migrations and system changes Development of IT processes, standards and technical documentation Organisational support as well as IT procurement and license/asset management Coordination of cooperation between IT and expertise
