With our knowledge, experience and qualifications, we support our customers and partners in Germany and Europe abroad in the planning, implementation and documentation of Design & Build projects in the fields of exhaust air and supply air technology, refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems, sanitary technology, process media distribution and disposal systems, clean room installations etc.

Responsible planning, organisation and management of our construction sites in the HKLS area Close cooperation with project management and customers, from preparation to acceptance Coordination and guidance of own and external assembly personnel Regular construction site visits including start talks, progress checks and decreases Organisation of material flow and disposition of equipment and construction site equipment Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Documentation and evaluation of additional, multi- and change services - including coordination with the project management

Graduated industrial-technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning, piping builder or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager, senior engineer or foreman in the field of HKLS Additional qualification as technician or master (m/w/d) of advantage readiness to travel in Germany and abroad Organisational strength, team spirit and enforcement Good knowledge of the relevant regulations (DIN, VDI) and in contract law (BGB, VOB) Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B Good German knowledge, English skills desirable
