Your profile Complete training in the technical field, e.g. fine optics:in, precision mechanics:in, watchmakers:in or a comparable qualification Compulsively required: professional experience in the optics industry Multiannual experience in the production/assembly of optical systems First experience in employee management or clear leadership potential Very high quality orientation and understanding of fine-mechanical processes Communication strength, team capacity and interest to take responsibility
