Designing a leading role: You take the lead in carrying out the procurement in the department R 520 - Construction. Monitoring competition limiting measures: You monitor the listing of companies to be involved in the procurement procedure with regard to restrictive measures. Leading submissions: You take over the line of the submission. Check the awards legally: You conduct the awarding verifier and check order recommendations for legal compliance with the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB/VOL) as well as the internal award guidelines of the Bistums Münster. As a central contact person, you are the central contact point for clarifying all issues of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB/VOL) including the implementation of credit assessments. Supporting cross-disciplinary tasks: You support the management of the department in cross-sectoral tasks, for example in the field of drinking water regulation, contracting or in the case of funding applications. You have completed their studies (professional construction, with a focus on construction management, construction industry) and several years of professional experience in the independent implementation of the procurement (e.g. introduction of e-supply). You are characterized by a high commitment and the willingness to act independently. You have a well-founded practical knowledge of the building tasks, processes and requirements. You have good user knowledge in the relevant specialist software applications. You bring significant knowledge in public and private building law, in particular BauO NRW, VOB, HOAI and BauGB. You communicate value-estimating, binding and target-oriented with different dialogue and negotiation partners. You convince with a high degree of self-initiative, team capacity, organisational skills and with ease and flexibility. The MS Office products Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint are familiar to you.

Remuneration is carried out according to the salary group 12 of the Church Employment and Remuneration Regulation (KAVO) and, depending on the professional experience, is currently between EUR 2,207.85 and EUR 3,450.09 gross at 19.5 hours per week.
