Product Manager - Partner Integration / Strategy / Analysis (m/w/d)

You optimise processes and develop tools and technologies to improve efficiency and experience for current and future partners: You define and implement strategies to advance new iterations and applications with partners: to reach and expand the customer's acquisition goals You increase the value of the customers won by the partner:internal integration channel through improved lifecycle management You deliver high-quality support and fast problem solutions for partners:inside and their end customers, work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation You conduct deep analysis on partners: internal and customer behaviour to inform the product roadmap and identify new opportunities You monitor and report several key figures, including commercial performance, support quality and KPIs for the customer's life cycle

You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related area You have 2+ years of experience in product management with focus on partnerships and technical integrations You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-based decisions You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English as well as proven experience in the management of external partners:internal relations You are a team player:with strong skills in cross-functional collaboration
