You are an expert on nutritional issues and you are an expert. the expert on trends and developments in child nutrition in kitas and schools. With your well-founded expertise, your strategic view and your structured way of working, you will recognize opportunities early on and will guide innovative concepts and forward-looking initiatives for the kita and school market. In addition, you are also responsible for: Care of the Education (and Hospitality) divisions incl. Participation in meetings for assortment control and product briefings incl. Responsibility for updating or maintaining the certification “DGE ZERT-KONFORM” as well as the food plan certification Coordination and implementation of the DGE audit including the associated communication with the DGE and the auditors Updating the DGE ZERT-KONFORM evaluations for under-year ingredients changes and updating existing materials as needed

support for strategic measures in the areas of education and hospitality (for example in the field of nutritional education); AI integration in food planning, integration of climate and DGE check in food planning) Coordination and implementation of seminars and training (online, on site in Rheine with the customer) as well as specialist support of customer appointments in Rheine Supporting the tenders with nutritional support in the areas of education (and hospitality) in cooperation with the Junior Manager Nutrition
