You attend and advise our customers on the service, repair and retrofit of caravans and motorhomes You accept service orders, coordinate appointments and make sure everything runs smoothly – from vehicle acceptance to handover You are the interface between workshop and customer:in and caress for clear communication and satisfied faces You create deals, calculate services and use your consulting skills to sell matching products and services You also perform organizational tasks in workshop operations – up to the management of the service area

Ideally you have completed training in retail, commercial or technical fields – with experience in service or sales You have fun dealing with people and are service-oriented to the fingertips You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in stressful moments You have a good technical understanding, ideally with interest in leisure vehicles
