The construction association of the Elbgemeinden is with around 14,500 apartments Hamburg's largest housing association. Control of modernization projects over all project phases Planning, monitoring and control of dates, qualities and costs under the economic plan Development of standards and AI-assisted processes in project development Coordination of external planning and specialist offices as contractor representation Preparation and monitoring of procurement procedures Coordination with authorities, contractors and project partners Ensuring compliance with requirements, conditions and internal standards Control of cooperation with internal and external interfaces Reporting and Project Documentation

Complete degree in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering or comparable 5-10 years of experience in controlling complex modernization or new building projects, ideally on the building site Knowledge of the HOAI performance phases and the control of planning processes Affinity for digital and AI-based processes Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity Strategic thinking and decision-making Safe handling of VOB/HOAI and relevant legal requirements Advantageous knowledge of housing and energy requirements Safe handling of presentation and reporting tools
