As IT Process Manager / Application Manager, you have a holistic responsibility for the life cycle, stability and functional development of specific specialist procedures. You act as a strategic hub between the business requirements of the departments and the technical realization by external service providers. In this role, you make sure that IT solutions are not only designed professionally, but also delivered in the best quality with proactive provider control. Tasks and competences Application management & provider control End-to-end procedural responsibility: ensuring the smooth operation and the continuous further development of the associated specialist procedures.

Control of external partners: Operational management of IT service providers, including monitoring of SLAs, capacity planning and prioritization of work packages.

Lifecycle Management: Responsibility for the roadmap of the specialist procedure – from the request collection to decommissioning.

Management: Creation of performance descriptions as well as costing and monitoring of budgets for external implementations. Business Consulting & Requirements Engineering Process design: Analysis and optimization of business processes with regard to their mapping in the specialist process.

Requirement management: Transformation of technical requirements into precise technical requirements (backlog management) for transfer to external implementation teams.

Interface management: harmonisation of requirements of different stakeholders to avoid redundancy. Quality & Test Responsibility for the final technical and technical acceptance of software releases.

Test management: definition of the test strategy for specialist procedures; Monitoring of unit and integration tests carried out by service providers as well as conducting user acceptance tests (UAT).

Quality monitoring: ensuring a clean documentation by the service provider as well as compliance with the specified architecture and safety standards.

Responsibility: You act as ''Owner'' of your applications and also meet time-sharing-based decisions on risk mitigation in ongoing operation. Professional communication: You are so confident between the specialist site and external developers. In addition, you can prepare complex technical issues for management in a targeted manner. Cooperative leadership: You support partnership, but binding cooperation with service providers and support our internal team through your expertise in application operations. Strategic orientation: You consistently evaluate the further development of the specialist procedures in the IT and corporate strategy
