IT-Security-Administrator (m/f/d)

You play a key role in the development, implementation and monitoring of IT security policies and procedures as well as security solutions. You cure security-relevant systems like Microsoft Active Directory as well as our Azure and M365 environments. You identify, analyse and fix security screens in software, systems and networks. You are administering and optimizing our XDR solution to detect and effectively prevent threats early. You carry out training and strengthen the security awareness of all employees. You prepare security reports and status reports on a daily basis and support trans­parent security communications.

You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT security, bringing well-founded knowledge into network security as well as current security solutions that you keep up to date. You have a completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist [w/m/d] for system integration) or a comparable study. You can safely control the curing and administration of Windows client and server systems. Ideally, you already have experience in curing M365 and/or Azure environments. You work independently, proactively, and target-oriented, and you want to actively shape IT security topics – your hand-on mentality stands out. You think analytically, work structured and find pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches under time pressure. You are a team player (w/m/d), strong in communication and will be happy to bring your expertise into cross-disciplinary cooperation. Very good German skills complete your profile.
