Together with currently two other directors, the curator and the director of culture, education and science, Domstift Brandenburg will lead you in a strategic, conceptual, human and economic sense. You are responsible for commercial management, including finance and controlling, budgeting and financial statements, as well as balance sheets and taxes. In addition, you are responsible for the general administration with right, personnel and insurance, compliance and data protection, IT, digitalization and occupational safety, real estate, properties and buildings, technology and energy, as well as the monitoring of the management of the approximately 3,000 ha large dominating forest. They represent the Domstift in the shareholders' meeting of the 100% owned subsidiary Domcafé GmbH, in which the gastronomy, the accommodation and the event establishment are bundled. Together with the other members of the Executive Board, you are responsible for the strategic and organizational development and the forward-looking orientation of the Domstifts Brandenburg. They bring your experience into the representation of the Domstift in committees and networks and represent the Domstift professionally inside and outside – also for the recruitment of funding.

They have an academic qualification in business administration or a comparable discipline and several years of professional experience in commercial management, ideally in an organization with socio-cultural offers. Your commercial expertise, your motivation and leadership skills enable you to take over the management of the Domstifts Brandenburg. You have experiences in real estate and construction as well as in process and project management. As an experienced manager, you maintain an esteeming leadership style and work confidently with your board colleagues and employees. They are characterized by their communication strength, their pronounced social competence and their analytical thinking. Your interest and understanding of the history and the current spiritual, cultural and educational tasks of the Domstift complete your profile. You are a member of the Evangelical Church. JOBV1_EN
