You are responsible for ensuring the individual care and psychosocial care of the people in need of care You determine the personnel requirements, cooperate with the personnel selection and are responsible for the transparent, contemporary and appropriate personnel deployment planning You work on new employees, conduct regular talks and determine the individual needs of continuing and continuing training You plan, organize and conduct care visas, service and team meetings You check the quality of care and the staff with regard to the professional and professional implementation of care and treatment care Your tasks include qualified cooperation and communication with residents, relatives, doctors and care-relevant external services
