Legal advice of our clients in complex debt situations with the focus on economically viable solutions Legal assessment of paymentability and remediation potential Conducting out-of-court attempts to agree with creditors to avoid cost-intensive procedures Close cooperation with our internal teams of (new) client support for the holistic processing of debt situations Support for enforcement measures and protection against imprisonment Preparation of consumer insolvency proceedings incl. Complete study of law (1st or 2nd State Exams) practical experience in debt counselling, in insolvency law, enforcement or comparable legal area Safe handling of the Civil Procedure Code (ZPO) and the rules of the Insolvency Regulation (InsO) on consumer insolvency and basic knowledge in the field of rule insolvency Knowledge of the law on forced auctioning and forced administration (ZVG) desirable Knowledge of debt management or debt collection German language skills in word and writing Communication strength, team capacity, empathy and persuasiveness Pragmatic solution orientation, openness for new approaches and a targeted approach Embossed economic understanding and analytical-creative thinking
