With our curated assortment, we offer every woman the opportunity to choose from over 25,000 products from more than 300 brands the most suitable accessory for them. With products from the categories handbags, shoes, jewelry & watches, sunglasses, beauty and accessories, we accentuate and complete every outfit of the woman. You secure and book the correct processing and voting of account extracts and assign the payment inputs of our payment providers daily. Open items of our end customers are monitored and you reliably rectify open claims. The billing of paid as well as received deposits will be ensured and set up as well as control output invoices and credits. The debitoric account agreement as well as the clarification of differences with customers and payment or You take responsibility for debt collection service providers. For monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, you actively support reporting tasks and keeps relevant key figures in mind. You participate in the optimization and further development of accounting processes and actively contribute to projects.

You have a commercial training or a completed business studies – ideally focusing on finance, accounting, debitor/responsive management or e-commerce. You bring first professional experience (about 1–2 years) in debitor accounting, accounting or receivable management. You are sure to deal with ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics NAV) and have worked with customer management systems at best. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You convince by an analytical, structured and careful way of working as well as a pronounced number affinity.
