The office building is a short walk from the train station and the Motorworld. Around 70 colleagues are currently working here. The Ten Brinke project development and Ten Brinke construction form a unit. The projects will be jointly implemented. Your tasks At Ten Brinke you actively shape the cost-effectiveness of our projects and contribute to the success of our projects. Together with our project teams, you ensure that costs, quality and dates are optimally matched. Your focus: Preparation Preparation of the economic technical feasibility and realization of the project, advised in cooperation with the project team and with colleagues in the preparation of work, construction management, planning, calculation and other branches Call for tenders, tenders and award of contractors and contractors Negotiations of orders, prices, contracts clear and fair as well as follow-up management Ensuring optimal purchasing and contract conditions Networks Contact management with external parties such as after-contractors, suppliers, specialist planners, etc. before, during and after the construction phase observation of market and price developments and information sharing to the costing department and project teams Optimize Recognizing and implementing optimization potentials in purchasing Further development of our procurement and procurement strategies In short, you do not simply purchase. Your profile Maybe you're already working in shopping. You may come from the building management, calculation or work preparation. Or you want to go the next career step. Not your current title, but your economic thinking, your negotiation skills and your willingness to take responsibility. This is ideally brought with you: Vocational training with a structural background. Desirably completed studies in civil engineering (MA/BA) or construction technicians. Also cross entry possible (construction material dealers or the like). First experience in purchasing, in building management, calculation or work preparation of advantage (study graduates and professional beginners welcome) Commercial understanding and negotiation skills as well as safe handling of popular MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), ideally with Nevaris and Co.
