You lead and motivate the kitchen team Working in the kitchen during peak hours to support the team and ensure a smooth running Planning and calculation of the menu and seasonal offers in cooperation with the kitchen team and the management You monitor and optimize existing workflows throughout the kitchen area Finishing the preparation and preparation work in the kitchen You support the preparations for events Commodity and control Working according to current HACCP standards You set up schedules that are fair and efficient

You have a completed training as a chef or comparable qualification You have 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position You bring well-founded experience in regional cuisine and have a feeling for current food trends that you can creatively incorporate into your work You have a well-kept appearance You are flexible (weekend work) and resilient You are creative, like working in the team and enjoying the gastronomy You are characterized by reliability, flexibility, self-initiative and a structured way of working
