Spezialist Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

In this role, you actively shape our remuneration and benefits strategies. You develop market-oriented, fair and future-oriented remuneration structures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You work closely with HR, Labour Law, Finance and external partners and take over the following tasks: The focus is on the further development and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes for the Storck Group, data-based pay analyses and Job Grading for the assessment of remuneration structures and the harmonisation of collective bargaining issues in Germany. You understand themselves as a competent framework provider and advise the HR teams in relevant remuneration topics – both nationally and internationally. You document our payment processes and act as an expert in questions. Through knowledge transfer and training, you can make your topics transparent. In addition, you control the relevant internal interfaces (such as HR management, pay billing, local personnel departments) and provide high data and process quality through cooperative cooperation. In addition, you are actively involved in HR projects and process optimizations, support annual compensation rounds, bonus processes and salary checks and support and optimize additional operational services and benefits.

You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on staff, BWL, economics or comparable. In addition, you will bring multi-year professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling - ideally in an international environment. Very good knowledge in Excel and ideally experience in HR systems such as SAP and well-founded knowledge in job evaluation systems are also part of your repertoire. You work analytically, structured and independent and have a high number affinity. A strong communication and consulting skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
