You will be part of our Process Analysis & Transition department. The team ensures that the central processes of our service platform - i.e. the processes around the IT systems and interfaces used in customer service - are technically correct, efficient and also clean from regulatory points of view. Our work focuses on understanding and analysing processes (“end-to-end”) – across systems and interfaces. We identify weaknesses, develop concrete suggestions for improvement and work closely with specialist areas and IT to implement them in a structured manner. In addition, we are concerned that changes - for example new functions, releases or larger migrations - are moving smoothly into operational operation. For this we build clear processes and structures and continuously develop them. As a working student, you support us in understanding, analyzing and improving processes and, together with the team, ensure that changes are structured and sustainably transferred to operational operations.

That would be your specific tasks Process analysis and process and product management in daily business Participation in the preparation and implementation of process collection and analysis workshops as well as in the acceptance, evaluation and further development of processes Working with the identification of optimization potentials and workarounds for process vulnerabilities and the structured processing of requirements Support in the care and tracking of JIRA tickets, e.g. in the context of fault management, process adaptation, documentation changes or measures from workshops Creation, maintenance and further development of process documentation - from understandable descriptions to illustrative process flow diagrams Care and development of our topics in Confluence (process documentation, expertise) Conducting research and analysis as well as preparation of presentations and reports

Continuous university studies (still at least one year from start with us), ideally in business, economics or business engineering First practical experience, e.g. through internships or student activities Interest in the topics Process Management and Process Analysis Secure handling of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel First contact points with or interest in handling confluence (document, knowledge management), JIRA (ticket care, task tracking) and process modeling tools (e.g. Adonis) Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C2)
