You will be part of our Process Analysis & Transition department. The team ensures that the central processes of our service platform - i.e. the processes around the IT systems and interfaces used in customer service - are technically correct, efficient and also clean from regulatory points of view. Our work focuses on understanding and analysing processes (“end-to-end”) – across systems and interfaces. We identify weaknesses, develop concrete suggestions for improvement and work closely with specialist areas and IT to implement them in a structured manner. In addition, we are concerned that changes - for example new functions, releases or larger migrations - are moving smoothly into operational operation. For this we build clear processes and structures and continuously develop them. As a working student, you support us in understanding, analyzing and improving processes and, together with the team, ensure that changes are structured and sustainably transferred to operational operations.
