Assembly, integration and cabling of electronic assemblies, modules, racks and radar systems according to drawing, list of pieces and MDP standards Soldering in SMD and THT technology, production of crimped and soldered compounds according to IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 / IPC-A-620 and rework under the microscope performing tests and partial tests, quality controls, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and maintenance work on assemblies and radar systems Documentation & Quality: Creation of production documentation, manufacturing aids, quality reports in SAP as well as maintenance of configurations and revisions operating production and testing equipment such as fitting, soldering, testing and inspection equipment; Manufacture & casting of winding materials Working with process optimization as well as technical clarifications with development and design during the manufacturing and integration process
