General: Together with the department management to ensure customer satisfaction

Project control: Identification of potential purchase areas and creation of feasibility studies Development and control of complex projects from concept phase to completion

Implementation and negotiation of purchases: preparation of pre-contractual arrangements (LoI, option contracts, urban contracts) and purchase contract examination Creation of resolution texts and presentations for the Supervisory Board meetings

Project development: Monitoring of construction planning procedures and coordination with municipalities, authorities and urban societies Creation of project calculations, decision templates and investment calculations Negotiation and commissioning of service contracts

Graduate in real estate or comparable qualification (e.g. real estate economics (m/w/d))) Experience in real estate management Teamability, empathy and enforcement capability Negotiating skills and safe occurrence to third parties Responsibility and reliability High customer and service orientation Personal resilience and flexibility Funded user-related computer and PC skills High commitment and initiative
