In the team, You contribute to the content, conceptual and pastoral work of the Bonifatiuswerk and provide impulses for church practice. In addition, you coordinate and promote cooperation with the Diocesan-Bonifatiuswerken and the (Erz-)bishops. You take up current theological and pastoral developments and prepare them in practice. A special focus is on ways of adult faith, innovative pastoral projects and developments in the fields of church belonging and church membership, develop materials and products for pastoral care at diocese and community level, design nationwide networking and theme meetings and participate in events and initiatives, support and develop the theological, religious and pastoral websites of the Bonifatiuswerk, e.g. www.pastorale-innovations.de. are the (Erz-)bishops as a reliable contact person and promote their networking with one another and with the Bonifatiuswerk.

You have a completed academic study of Catholic theology, applied theology, religious education or a comparable qualification with theological expression. We wish a personality closely follows current theological and pastoral developments and brings its own impulses, can convey complex content in a comprehensible, timely and addressable manner in word and writing, conceptual, innovative and creative works and develops concrete offers and materials from ideas, gladly works in the team and appreciates the exchange with conscientious and volunteers in the world church, has pleasure in events, encounters and occasional missions, is familiar with the structures of the Catholic Church and is identified with its faith and the tasks and objectives of the Bonifatius Work.
