Your workplace

The Hagen family unit offers 8 young people from 16 years of living space and daytime care. It is possible to accept who is in a position to provide himself in principle, to structure everyday life and to contribute to his own school and professional perspectives. With these residents, a framework of care, which is adapted to their individual requirements and lifestyles, is developed, which aims to achieve a standardization. The institution offers young people training and testing fields for self-organization, promotes everyday skills and self-responsibility and supports them in the consistent implementation of individual perspectives.

Your duties

• You are part of the everyday life of young people, with special leisure activities as thoroughly planning and performing as well as the care and care activities in daily cooperation
• They communicate confidently and constructively with parents and relatives as well as external partners:
• They accompany the aid plan procedure in a conscientious manner according to § 36 SGB VIII and prepare development reports in order to be able to optimally reflect and promote the development processes of young people.
• They are happy to work in an interlayer model to help young people with a need-oriented and helpful approach.
• They are important for team work, actively participate in team meetings and Supervision
