Inside Sales Manager - B2B Sales / Customer Support (m/f/d)

In Germany, the focus of business is on the production, distribution and reconditioning of packaging systems made of steel and plastic. IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is produced and reconditioned at the Mendig site with about 100 employees.

You manage small customers and maintain and develop existing small customers to promote share-of-wallet growth, cross-selling and margin management You acquire proactive new small customers by phone or video You create offers and prices and edit inquiries as well as quality complaints You maintain and document all activities in the CRM and conduct web and LinkedIn research You analyze markets and competitors and qualify and manage leads in CRM You support selected marketing initiatives and implement various customer surveys

You have a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or a comparable field or have equivalent relevant professional experience You bring about 3 years of professional experience in customer service, customer management or sale with You have ideally experience in selling industrial packaging You master very good German and English (C1 level) and have very good written and oral communication skills. You work independently and service-oriented and are able to build and maintain long-term trusted business relationships You are safe to handle the Microsoft Office Suite and have a good technical understanding and interest in a comprehensive product portfolio
