Deputy Head of Crib (m/w/d)

Your new challenge:

You play a responsible role as a deputy head of our crib in Heidelberg. You are not only a contact person for organizational topics, but also active in the care of our youngest. Together with your multi-professional team, you are looking for a loving environment where children can develop optimally

Your tasks:

• Support of Kita leadership in organizational and administrative matters
• Active participation and implementation of educational concepts for children aged 8 weeks to 3 years
• Promoting the individual educational and development processes of children
• Building and maintaining a trusted parental partnership
• Management of projects and active part of team meetings

You bring that with:

• A completed training as an educator or pedagogical specialist according to §7 KiTaG with management authority
• Multiannual experience in childcare
• Ideally continuing and continuing training in the field of organization and management
• Responsibility, commitment and joy in team work
• Communication strength and openness
• Flexibility in working hours (Future day care)
• English knowledge is advantageous
