Senior Consultant (m/w/d) For the start of training on 01.08.2025 we are looking for you as a future toomworker for training as a junior executive in our toom construction market in the garden area. You're in the foreground with us. And a whole team behind you: respect, mutual appreciation and support are the most important thing for us – no matter what position you work with us.

That's what you expect: In the Abiturient:in- & commercial business management program for future managers, you will be integrated into our company from the first day and learn about trade, toom and all processes from different perspectives in the garden. Within 18 months you already have your title as a merchant/buyer in retail (m/w/d) to make the training as a retailer in 22 months and the training certificate (AdA) You run through the various specialist departments in the garden, acquire specific expertise of our assortments and learn how to advise customers optimally and make sales talks In addition, you will accompany the garden’s executives in their working day and will be perfectly prepared for the start as a junior executive. Every 6 weeks you will visit 5-day theory modules at our educational institution in Neuwied and benefit from excellent learning conditions through small courses
