First point of contact: You can warmly welcome our customers, shape the first impression and reliably process the mail (input and exit). Service interface: You will coordinate appointments for sale, maintenance and repair and maintain customer master data conscientiously. Order processing: You will lead the cash register, answer the payment processing and support in the invoice (factory). Mobility management: You may plan the replacement car fleet independently and forward the rental contracts competently to our service providers. Telephone management: You will receive calls professionally and communicate solutions to the departments.

Qualification: completed commercial training (ideally automobile industry) or several years of professional experience at the counter of a car house. Know-how: Secure handling of MS-Office as well as routine in cash management, accounting and payment processing. Personality: Self-responsible, team-oriented action paired with a communication-strong and solution-oriented appearance. German (at least level B2)
